Kooth is a digital mental health and wellbeing platform, which provides a welcoming space for digital mental health care, available to young people. Kooth can help children and young people like you to feel safe and confident in exploring your concerns and seeking professional support.
Rise is Warwickshire's CAHMS service. It is a family of NHS-led services providing emotional wellbeing and mental health services for children and young people in Warwickshire. Rise aims to build resilience and empower children and young people (as well as the adults in their lives) to know where to go for help and advice.
Childline is a free, private, and confidential service where you can talk about anything. They are here for you online, on the phone, anytime. childline is here to help anyone under 19 in the UK with any issue they’re going through.

An independent charity governed by a group of local trustees, Warwickshire Mind is affiliated with the national Mind network made up of over 120 organisations across England and Wales. Each local Mind is unique, working hard to understand the needs of their community and tailoring their services to match.
The Mix is the UK’s leading support service for young people.
