The Caring Together Warwickshire service is designed to support and improve the lives of children and adult carers across Warwickshire. Our service which is provided by Carers Trust Heart of England, sees us work closely with unpaid carers, helping ensure they feel valued, respected, and supported in their caring role. We also provide home care services to support loved ones to live independently at home. In October 2023 we celebrated our 1st anniversary and we look forward to supporting carers throughout Warwickshire for years to come!

A word from Caring Together Warwickshire Wellbeing Manager, Michelle Sawyer..
“We can hardly believe that it has already been a year since we were awarded the Caring Together Warwickshire Contract. We have had a real roller coaster of a year with lots of ups and downs and I’m proud of the team for embracing the challenging and successfully adapting to the changes in the way we work.
"We would like to thank the Wellbeing team for the resilience and passion that they have shown in supporting carers across Warwickshire, I know how difficult it can be at times! A huge thank you also goes to out the wider Carers Trust Heart of England team, your support has been vital to us as all throughout this transition. I’m looking forward to the next 12 months and can’t wait to see what it has in store for us!”

Quality Assurance Frameworks
All our Quality Assurance Frameworks were co-created with Carers and staff, setting out clear expectations for delivering a quality service across all departments.
All frameworks are focused on the Carer and the Cared For, ensuring their needs and expectations are met to the highest standard.
As part of the frameworks, internal monitoring through audits is undertaken. Frameworks are reviewed annually or sooner should the need arise to ensure any changes in regulations and legislation are adhered to.
