Carers Policy

SHARE:

As an employer you should have a carer’s policy in place for your employees. A carers' policy, framework or guidance should detail the support provided to carers and how to access that provision. This could include carers leave or other special leave arrangements, flexible working options, information on career breaks, access to wellbeing sessions and carers' support networks.

By creating a carer-friendly workplace, employers can attract and retain talent and realise the organisational and social benefits of supporting carers.
