An afternoon of fun with our amazing Young Carers ๐
We enjoyed an indoor teddy bear picnic with our Young Carers mascot, Jerry ๐งธ, face painting, lots of fun and plenty of time to catch up with friends! ๐จโจ

Weโre expecting some very hot weather this week, with Amber and Yellow weather warnings in place across parts of the country. Please take extra care, particularly when spending time outdoors and looking after those you care for ๐
Here are a few ways to stay cool: ๐ง Drink plenty of water throughout the day ๐งด Use sun cream and reapply regularly ๐งข Wear loose, lightweight clothing and a hat ๐ณ Try to stay in the shade, especially during the hottest part of the day ๐ Keep rooms cool by closing curtains/blinds during the day ๐ Never leave children or pets in a parked car ๐ฅต Look out for signs of overheating and take a break if you feel unwell
