How We Can Help
Carer Assessment
If you are looking after someone you have a right to a Carers Assessment if you are over 18 years old and look after another adult who is elderly, ill or disabled, you don’t have to live with them. You are entitled to a Carers Assessment regardless of how much time or type of care you provide or your finances. Our experienced staff will give you the opportunity to explore your physical and emotional needs as an unpaid carer, what services or support you may need to help you. They are free of charge and designed to support you. They can be completed at your home, over the phone or at a place of your choice. Carers Assessments are an opportunity to share your journey in your own words and access the support you need.
