One year of Caring Together Warwickshire!

We’re celebrating! Would you believe it, it’s a year since we launched the Caring Together Warwickshire service and the team recently got together to toast our 1st anniversary!

It’s been a fantastic year and we would like to thank you for all your support along the way. It was a huge honour to win the tender to provide the service and all of our staff have thoroughly enjoyed providing support to carers throughout Warwickshire.

Our service is delivered by Carers Trust Heart of England and exists to support carers and those they care for. We provide the highest possible quality, individually tailored care support service that improves the lives of carers, the people they care for and their families. 

Carers Trust Heart of England CEO, Claire Dale commented, "I'm absolutely delighted with how the last year has gone, "I can't believe it's been 12 months already but what a fantastic year it has been!
