Carers Week, takes place from the 8th - 14th June 2026, and is a UK-wide awareness campaign seeking to increase visibility for carers with decision makers, services, employers, communities, and businesses.
The theme for 2026 is Building Carer Friendly Communities. This will highlight the impact carer friendly communities can have in making a real and lasting difference to the lives of carers everywhere. The campaign will be brought to life by thousands of individuals and organisations taking action to ensure more communities understand, recognise, and empower carers.
You are invited to join us on Monday 8th June from 2pm - 7pm at Coventry Building Society Arena as we celebrate and recognise the invaluable contribution that carers of all ages make to their communities.
Our friendly team will be there to discuss how our service can help support adult and young carers like you! The Young Carers team will also be on hand to provide information on the transition for young adult carers aged 18-25.
We will be joined by our wonderful community partners, meaning you can learn more about all of the additional support available to you.
Bring the whole family & enjoy Arts & Crafts, and much more.
SEN suitable spaces, free parking and refreshments are available.
