Mental health carers are people who, without payment, look after someone that they care about who cannot manage alone due to experiencing difficulties with their mental health.
If you are providing help and support to a relative, friend, or partner who is experiencing difficulties with their mental health, you may feel isolated and alone.Â

You don’t have to feel this way.
Caring Together Warwickshire offers a free and confidential service to people who live in Coventry and Warwickshire, where we can provide a listening ear, offer advice and support, and signpost you to other appropriate services.Â
You can also ask for a free carers assessment. The assessment is an opportunity for you to discuss how your caring role affects you and how we can help you to continue providing support.
We facilitate a number of mental health carer support groups in various locations across Warwickshire.Â
